How to Use:
- Preparation:
- Ensure tiles are fully set before applying
- Ensure tile joints are clean, dry, and free of debris or adhesive.
- Use priming wax or tape to protect tile edges, especially for porous or textured surfaces.
- Always test a small area to confirm compatibility and desired finish.
- Mixing:
- Insert the GoPoxy tube into the grout gun and attach the nozzle securely.
- Discard the first 30–40 cm of grout to ensure proper mixing of the two components.
- Application:
- Apply slowly to fill joints completely, avoiding air bubbles.
- It is mandatory to carry out a test on a small inconspicuous area to test suitability for your job, before applying to the whole job.
- Use GoPoxy finishing tools for a smooth, professional result.

Working time when dispensed: 30 Mins

Final Curing Time: 6-12 Hours depending on temperature.
- Storage:
- Store between 8–18°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Ensure the cap is replaced tightly after use.
Additional Recommendations:
Not suitable for small/ mosaic tiles due to the increased time and cost of application.
Not recommended for highly porous stone such as sandstone.
- Always conduct a compatibility test in an inconspicuous area.
- Recommended joint width 1-3mm.
- Do not use on terracotta tiles or surfaces that may be altered by epoxy.
- Yellowing can occur with white pigments, especially under prolonged UV exposure. Minimize direct sunlight for a fresher appearance.
- Avoid diluting or altering the product in any way.
- For unused grout, seal the tube with the cap, and replace the nozzle for later use.
- Due to the waterproof nature of Gopoxy, there can be a slight sheen under specific lighting. Always test in a small area to ensure the finish matches your preferences.

Gopoxy Epoxy Range is not UV resistant and lighter colours may fade over time in sunlight. If using outdoors, select an outdoor specific product from our 'outdoor' or 'poly' range of grouts.

Aftercare
For best results, clean tiled areas grouted with GoPoxy using pH-neutral cleaners only. Avoid the use of acid or alkaline cleaning products, as these can damage the grout surface and compromise its finish. Regular gentle cleaning will help maintain the appearance and performance of your grout for years to come. Do not steam clean.

This product must be handled and applied using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
As a minimum, we recommend:

Ensure adequate ventilation during use.
Avoid inhalation of vapours and prevent contact with skin and eyes. Do not ingest.

Important Colour Information

Slight batch variation is normal within resin and pigment-based products. Colour appearance may also vary depending on lighting conditions, substrate type, surrounding materials, and application method.
A small inconspicuous test area must always be completed prior to full application to confirm colour suitability and compatibility.
For larger installations, we recommend using product from the same batch where possible.
In the event of any inconsistency between product packaging, labelling, colour charts, marketing materials, product descriptions, reseller listings, videos, social media content, or other supporting materials, the latest official GoPoxy Warranty Policy and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) shall prevail. Safety & Preparation
Always wear protective gear for your eyes, skin, and hands. Instructions are available in PDF, video, and user guide formats.
- Prep the Area: Ensure tile joints are clean and dry.
- Wax or Tape: Apply priming wax along grout lines. Use tape for textured tiles or trim to avoid sticking.
- Load the Tube: Secure GoPoxy tube and nozzle into the gun.
Application
- Mix First 30cm: Squeeze out the first 30cm to ensure proper mix.
- Temperature Tip: If hard to dispense, warm the tube. If too runny, cool it.
- Work in Sections: Complete in 15-30 minute intervals.
- Fill Joints: Apply slowly and use tools to press grout into the joints.
After Application
- Check & Fix: Adjust grout before it fully cures.
- Remove Excess: When hardened, scrape away extra grout.
- Save Leftovers: Cap unused grout and attach a new nozzle for reuse.
Curing Times:
- 0-12°C: 8-12 hours
- 12-24°C: 6-8 hours

Was really sceptical to be honest about using, but was surprised that it did peel off exactly as the videos online show

Love this product. Have seen so many floors ruined so quickly by grout discolouring over short periods of time. Have never been able to select light coloured grouts in the past because I know what they end up looking like. Especially in kitchens and bathrooms. Go Poxy completely solves this issue. It is impenetrable. Easy to clean. Yes, it’s more expensive than traditional grout and yes, it takes longer to install than traditional grout, but it’s well worth it . Won’t go anywhere else now

I install around 10 bathrooms and year in-between my gas work. This was my first use of Go Poxy and I wasn't disappointed. In fact I am a total convert. A great product.
I wish I knew about GoPoxy couple of years ago. I do 2-3 bathrooms a year and always use epoxy based grout. None of them it is as easy as GoPoxy. Prep - wipe top surface with Wax, fill gap/grout line, next day peel (comes off easy). DONE. THAT SIMPLE.

Easy to use great control with gun
If you've got 5 minutes read this, if you're unsure, I wouldn't recommend anything else now . I've been a tiler for 20 years and I don't like change, grout is a great product so why change? That's what I thought, I've recently tiled our kitchen and diner there's nothing more I hate than grouting, so why not try resin?. Grouting is a mess, the clean down, cleaning tools and then making the mix too sloppy or too hard. Its a part of tiling I'd happily move away from and with Gopoxy I can do that. I was worried if I get this wrong it's in my house, I have to look at it each day. This is the first time I've done it and, I'm not sure you can get it wrong if you follow the instructions, and the time saved is something else. I resin filled all gaps (20m2 @ 3mm) in around 45 min, left it over night picked it off before going to work 20 min 1/2 an hour tops and the finish looks smooth and fresh. One thing I would say is Gopoxy do a calculator, when I use this in the future, I will always order an extra tube, it doesn't go as far as I'd have liked. But none the less, brilliant product, easy to use and clean up is minutes. Genuinely couldn't recommend Gopoxy anymore.

Very easy to apply and remove. Shade excatly match my tiles. Do what its says. Brilliant product
Really good stuff
Works really well for mitered edge large format tiles. Application is easy for any DIY-er wax works as expected. Removal of the excess is straight forward whilst cured. In more complicated corners you can start removing the excess earlier 4-6 hours after application to easy the shaping process with the knife scraper.

I had a problem with colour 06 stone, part of floor was done a year ago , I have done the other side of house and got lots of 06 stone to merge in with existing floor, totally different colour, customer not happy at all understandably! I got in touch with an advisor through email, they were talking to me originally and looked like they could be helpful but then just blanked me! Not really interested ! Not great ! Reluctantly had to order more as need to finish the floor , what else can I do? Big company and would have used you for £1000s a year but no chance now! Lots all faith, never had a problem on a job in 15years until now!

Gopoxy has become my preferred choice for tiling projects. Initially, I had reservations due to the cost; however, the investment has proven to be worthwhile. While mastering the manual application gun requires some practice, the ease of cleanup ultimately justifies the expense.
