The Ultimate Grout Solution

GoPoxy Polyurea Grout is a revolutionary two-part polyaspartic-based grout designed for superior performance and durability. Specially formulated to offer exceptional UV resistance, this advanced grout is perfect for high-end finishes in both residential and commercial tiling projects.

Unlike traditional epoxy grouts, GoPoxy Polyurea is fully UV resistant, meaning white and off-white colours won’t yellow over time, making it ideal for bright, long-lasting results. It also features a rapid-drying formula, allowing for faster project completion while maintaining a flawless finish.

Why Choose GoPoxy Polyurea?

UV Resistant – Unlike epoxy, GoPoxy Polyurea does not yellow or fade in sunlight. Perfect for bright, light-coloured grout lines that stay true over time.
Fast Curing – Surface drying in just 1 hour, and fully cured in under 8 hours, compared to 24-48 hours for epoxy.
Waterproof & Durable – Ideal for wet areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and steam rooms. Resistant to water, stains, and harsh chemicals.
Simple Peel-Off Formula – Eliminates grout haze and residue, requiring no harsh detergents for cleanup.
No Air Bubbles – Its dense, high-strength composition ensures full coverage and a smooth, professional finish.
Crack & Mold Resistant – A solid, non-porous finish prevents cracking, mold, and mildew growth.
Versatile – Suitable for walls, floors, mitred edges, and various tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and glass.
Eco-Friendly & Solvent-Free – Low VOC and non-hazardous for safer indoor air quality.

Important Differences vs. GoPoxy Epoxy Grout

🟡 GoPoxy Epoxy can be stored and reused for later jobs.
🔵 GoPoxy Polyurea MUST be used in one go—once exposed to air, it cannot be reused.
☀️ GoPoxy Epoxy is not UV-resistant, meaning colours may fade over time.
🌟 GoPoxy Polyurea is fully UV-resistant, keeping light colours fresh and bright.
🔥 Epoxy grout should NOT be steeped in very hot water.
🌡️ Polyurea grout may need to be steeped in warm water before use for easier dispensing.

Storage & Safety Guidelines

✔ Store in a cool, dry place between 8–18°C and away from direct sunlight.
Do not smoke or expose to open flames while using.
✔ Wear gloves, mask and eye protection to prevent irritation.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Dispose of the container according to local regulations.

Additional Recommendations

Not suitable for mosaic tiles due to the increased time and cost of application.
Not recommended for highly porous stone such as sandstone.
Work quickly to avoid solidification in the tube as Polyurea cannot be reused once exposed to air.
